Abstract

This study explores the pivotal role of quality food product production in ensuring macroeconomic stability. Addressing the gap in understanding the economic impact of food product quality, the research employs econometric modeling using Uzbekistan's 2010–2023 data. By analyzing the interplay between quality food production, exports, and economic growth, dynamic panel regression models were utilized. Findings reveal a significant positive correlation between high-quality food production and economic growth, driven by increased demand, export competitiveness, and employment creation. Results highlight that innovations and stringent quality standards in the food industry amplify these benefits. The implications underscore the necessity for policy interventions, including technological modernization, enhanced quality control, and export promotion strategies, to bolster economic stability. This research contributes to aligning food industry development with sustainable economic growth strategies.
