SMART CLASSROOM TECHNOLOGIES AND THEIR ROLE IN PROMOTING COLLABORATIVE PROBLEM-SOLVING SKILLS

This study investigates the role of smart classroom technologies in fostering collaborative problem-solving skills among students. As technology becomes more integrated into educational environments, the use of smart classroom tools—such as interactive whiteboards, learning management systems, and collaborative software—has the potential to enhance group interactions and problem-solving processes. The research explores how these technologies facilitate communication, idea-sharing, and joint decision-making, which are essential components of effective collaboration. Through observations, surveys, and focus group discussions with both teachers and students, the study evaluates the effectiveness of smart technologies in supporting collaborative learning and problem-solving activities. The findings suggest that smart classroom technologies significantly enhance student engagement, teamwork, and critical thinking, allowing students to approach problems from multiple perspectives and develop creative solutions. However, the study also identifies challenges related to technology accessibility, teacher training, and the need for a balanced integration of traditional and digital learning methods.
