THE IMPACT OF CRISIS MANAGEMENT ON TEACHER PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT IN POST-COVID EDUCATIONAL SYSTEMS

This study examines the impact of crisis management on teacher professional development in post-COVID educational systems. The research focuses on how the COVID-19 pandemic has reshaped teacher training and development, highlighting the challenges and opportunities that emerged during the crisis. It investigates how educational institutions adapted their professional development programs to equip teachers with the necessary skills for remote and hybrid learning environments. Special attention is given to the role of leadership in facilitating professional growth, supporting teachers' technological proficiency, and addressing the emotional and psychological needs of educators during the crisis. Additionally, the study explores the long-term effects of crisis-driven changes on teacher pedagogy, job satisfaction, and overall teaching effectiveness. Through a mixed-methods approach, the research draws insights from surveys, interviews, and case studies, providing a comprehensive understanding of the evolving nature of teacher professional development in response to crisis management. The findings offer valuable lessons for educational leaders in enhancing teacher resilience, fostering continuous learning, and preparing for future disruptions.
