BRIDGING THE DIGITAL LITERACY GAP: STRATEGIES FOR INCLUSIVE EDUCATION IN LOW-RESOURCE SCHOOLS

This study addresses the digital literacy gap in low-resource schools and explores strategies to promote inclusive education through the integration of technology. With the growing importance of digital skills for academic success and future employment, this research examines the barriers that students in low-resource settings face in accessing and utilizing technology for learning. The study identifies key challenges such as limited access to devices, unreliable internet, lack of teacher training, and insufficient digital infrastructure. By analyzing case studies from schools that have successfully implemented digital literacy programs, the research highlights effective strategies for overcoming these barriers, including community-based solutions, mobile learning platforms, and affordable technological tools. The findings suggest that fostering digital literacy in these contexts can significantly improve educational equity and provide students with the skills necessary to thrive in the digital age.
