This study explores the transition from conventional classrooms to SLEs, focusing on the challenges encountered by educators, administrators, and students. Key barriers such as resource limitations, technological proficiency gaps, and resistance to change are analyzed. In parallel, the research identifies and evaluates best practices, including strategic planning, teacher training programs, and the incorporation of adaptive learning technologies to enhance student engagement and academic performance. By synthesizing insights from case studies and surveys, the study provides actionable recommendations to ensure effective implementation and sustainability of SLEs in various educational contexts.
