Abstract

AI-driven chatbots are emerging as virtual tutors, offering personalized and on-demand support to students in various educational settings. This study investigates the benefits and drawbacks of using chatbots as virtual tutors, focusing on their ability to enhance learning efficiency, provide instant feedback, and support diverse learning needs. The research also examines limitations, including the lack of emotional intelligence, potential inaccuracies, and dependency on robust technological infrastructure. By analyzing case studies and user feedback, the study highlights the role of chatbots in complementing traditional teaching methods while identifying areas for improvement. Findings suggest that while chatbots offer significant advantages in scalability and accessibility, careful implementation is necessary to address their limitations effectively.
